A colloquial term used in the German-speaking world to describe a failed tee shot by a male player, where the ball does not even fly over the tee line of the shortest women’s tee shot. Also referred to as “lady”. Usually, the player who played the “Girlie” invites the other players of his flight for a drink in the clubhouse after the round.
